  1. Set up a project coordination group and a network of representatives (microbiological and epidemiological Contact Points) from each EU Member State Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein and candidate countries.
  2. Communication between the consortium members and TESSY at ECDC.
  3. Monitoring the progress of deliverables.
  4. Compilation, collection and distribution of consortium documentation.
  5. Budgetary control.
  6. Consortium reporting to the ECDC.
